Abstract	本书以为北京建都始于辽太宗会同元年(938年)，至民国二十六年(1937年)为北京建都一千年。书中按时间顺序，排列辽、金、元、明、清各代皇帝的庙号、姓名、年号、在位年数，并计算每朝以北京为都城的时间。但此书文字粗略，其结论也值得商榷。
